Work full-time - and develop your career
The part-time International Management MBA programme provides broad-based knowledge with a focus on strategy, business development, marketing, digitalisation, sustainability, leadership and international negotiation skills.
Structure and content
You start your studies in September or March. On a maximum of eight weekends of attendance per semester, our programme provides everything you need for professional and personal development.
Lecture times are usually: Friday 3:30–9:30 pm Saturday 8:30 am–3:30 pm
For intensive interaction with the lecturers and for student exchange, we hold a block week once a semester. The block week is eligible for education leave in Germany (Bildungsurlaub).
For some years now, we have been building on a modern blended learning arrangement: online seminars offer space for individual coaching and repetition in the form of recaps during the evenings, thus complementing the attendance phases.

Business Research Methods
Economics & Finance
Strategic & Sustainable Management

Business Process Management Simulation
International Business Law
In our MBA programme, we place particular emphasis on a high degree of individualisation and flexibility. A broad spectrum of electives ensures the option of an individual focus within the degree programme.
The electives are distributed over semesters 2 to 4, so that a stay abroad can also be flexibly integrated during this period. Since some of the electives are offered online, it is also easier to organise your studies and accommodate various preferences.
Private study
What you learn in class will be reinforced in private study using the learning materials. We make all documents, case studies, videos and links available via a learning portal.
Online seminars, which our teachers usually offer in the evening, support you in your studies at home.
Study abroad
The internationality of graduates is an important qualification goal in the MBA programme. Therefore, a compulsory stay abroad is planned. Duration (one to four weeks) and timing are flexible and thus tailored precisely to the situation of working professionals.
We currently have nine partner universities in our portfolio:
All universities are guided by high quality standards. Almost all partners are AMBA and/or AACSB accredited.
The list of partner universities is constantly being expanded.
